Applying to the WSU REU
In addition to completing the on-line application you need to complete the following:
- Write and send (mail or e-mail) a one page (maximum) statement of interest about why you are interested in Chemistry research.
- mail or e-mail a copy of your academic transcripts.
- Have someone (a professor, for instance) write a letter of recommendation and send it to the program by mail or e-mail.

We will start considering application materials in March, so applying early is encouraged.
Please be aware that due to federal guidelines for this program, you must currently be a US citizen or permanent resident to participate in this program. You must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate and you will not have received your Bachelor's degree prior to July 2009.
