What You Get
In addition to learning techniques that are in high demand at graduate schools, national laboratories, and industry there is a stipend of $5000 for the 9.5 week session + free housing. We will provide housing in an off campus facility, with single rooms and a shared kitchen and recreation facilities for all students. Travel assistance is available for students who will be traveling to Pullman. The tuition for Chem 495 will be covered for REU participants. Each participant gets a pass to WSU's World Class Student Recreation Facility for the duration of their time at WSU. You will also have an opportunity to go on a jet boat tour of the beautiful and rugged Hells Canyon.
